• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services

• Share trees containing content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
• Exceed the limits of your subscription plan through automation or other means

c. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the family tree data and content you create.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
• License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content only as necessary to provide the Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Fees: Access to premium features requires payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Tier: Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our Pricing page.

The Dunsanak platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Dunsanak and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunsanak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
